CoulterJanice Coulter Way (Manhattan) Present name:none Location:the northwest corner of the intersection of 69th Street and Madison Avenue Honoree: Janice Ruth Coulter (b. 1965) was one of five U.S. citizens killed when a large bomb exploded in a cafeteria at Hebrew University in Jerusalem on July 31, 2002.
