Honoree: Mr. O’Callaghan, (1921-1995), a trucking executive, was chairman of the Citizens Committee for Daytop Village, advocating for drug rehabilitation. He was active for many years in the Liberal Party, serving as its County Chairman and Vice Chairman of its State Committee. He also served as Director of the New York State Division of Cemeteries.
