LoewePatrolman Arthur Loewe Way (Brooklyn) Present name:None Location:At the intersection of 74th Street and 4th Avenue Honoree: Patrolman (d. 1922) Arthur Loewe was assigned to the 78th Precinct and had served with the New York Police Department for five years and was a veteran of WWI.
