Present name:None
Location:At the intersection of Amboy Road and Arc Place
Honoree: This co-naming honors the Kells-Grennie American Legion Post No. 316, which began in 1919. It held its last meetings in 2016 at 2750 Amboy Road, which had been its home for more than 70 years. The Post was initially named for Cpl. Edward W. After WWII, the Post’s name was amended to honor another fallen Staten Islander, Pfc. Richard A. Grennie, who was killed in action at St. Lo in the aftermath of the 1944 Normandy invasion. (Matteo)
