Honoree: Geri Cilmi was a New York City Science Facilitator, actively involved in science education as well as the training and professional development of science teachers. She served as Vice President of E.S.S.A (Elementary School Science Association) where she created and presented “Saturday Science,” sponsored by both E.S.S.A and S.C.O.N.Y.C (Science Counsel of New York City) at Stuyvesant High School.
