Honoree:  Lorraine Sciulli (1934-2017) was a member of Community Board 5 for over two decades. An active participant in her community, she was a long-time first vice president of the Juniper Park Civic Association (JPCA); served as editor and advertising manager for the Juniper Berry Newsletter; and was chair of the membership committee. In 2012 she was named one of New York State's Women of Distinction, an honor given annually to one woman in each of the state's 62 Senate districts. (Holden)
