Honoree: Charles A. Sferrazza (1933-1975) was a civic leader who was particularly active in organizations serving youth in his community. He was the founder of the community advisory board for youth; chairman of the drug rehabilitation committee for Community Planning Board 7, and served on the board of directors of the Leif Erikson softball league. He was also an active member of the 72 Precinct Community Council where he served as vice president and later president from 1975 until his death. (Menchaca)
